Our trained team of Certified Senior Move Managers (SMM) will work with you and/or your family or legal representatives and community liaisons to ensure a smooth relocation process.  They will oversee the physical labor to ensure safe packing and prepping of of each item for your move.  No job is ever outsourced - we use our own work-force and equipment.

During the first part of the move, your project manager will supervise our staff while we pack your final essentials and load the moving truck.  

 

Note: Due to Department of Transportation regulations, there are certain items we cannot pack and/or transport on our trucks. Our team will be glad to load these "self transport" items into your vehicle for you and remove them once we are at your new home.

Once all belongings have been loaded, we will perform a final walk-through to check that all items have been removed.

 

During move-in, your crew will:

• Unpack boxes/remove packing materials from the premises

• Place furniture in rooms to ensure everything fits safely

• Put away belongings

• Set up electronics, TVs, and lamps

• Organize the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets

• Set clocks

• Make beds so you can enjoy a good night's sleep in your new home!
